About goose in Slovenský Grob
Our restaurant is located in Slovenský Grob, near Bratislava and beneath the Little Carpathian Mountains. The village is well-known far and wide, even beyond the borders of Slovakia.
For three generations, meat from free-range geese and ducks raised in farms has been roasted here according to classic recipes. The goose we serve you is crispy and golden roasted to be tender and succulent.
You are invited to Slovenský Grob for a traditional goose feast and everything that comes with it. Enjoy crispy, juicy goose, homemade potato pancakes (lokša) and delicious foie gras that melts on the tongue as you sip excellent wines from the Little Carpathian region.
